If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged through misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
