At Morning Ritual, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if they have been used.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
